Use of Our Services

By using MoroccanXpress, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Follow all shipping guidelines
- Comply with customs regulations
- Pack your items securely
We reserve the right to refuse shipments that violate our policies.

Pricing & Payment

Personal Items

Charged at $5 per kilo.

Large Items

Charged using a flat fee based on size and handling.

Electronics

May require estimated import fees depending on Moroccan customs.

All payments must be completed at drop‑off unless otherwise arranged.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
- Properly packing all items
- Labeling items with name and phone number
- Ensuring no restricted or illegal items are included
- Providing correct delivery information

MoroccanXpress is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.

Restricted Items

We do not accept:
- Hazardous materials
- Chemicals
- Illegal items
- Items prohibited by customs

Any restricted items found may result in shipment cancellation.

Tracking & Updates

All shipments receive a tracking number at drop‑off. Tracking updates depend on container movement, customs clearance, and partner delivery schedules.

Delivery in Morocco

Packages can be collected at our Casablanca location.
Shipments going to other cities will be delivered through our partners, and pickup addresses will be provided once the shipment arrives.

Liability

MoroccanXpress is not liable for:
- Items damaged due to customer packaging
- Delays caused by customs or port operations
- Items held or confiscated by customs
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
